About Scott Fiscus, B.C.O.
Scott Fiscus has been a practicing ocularist and anaplastologist for over 25 years. He is one of the few professionals in his specialty to provide both ocular and facial prosthetics. With a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, he applies his talents and experience to the fitting and fabrication of custom-made prosthetics.
Scott is a Board Certified Ocularist and a member of both American Society of Ocularists and the International Anaplastology Association.

Insurance
When provided by a non-physician, such as an ocularist, prosthetic devices are considered durable medical equipment, and as such are usually covered by insurance companies when medically necessary, as prescribed by a physician.
Because insurance coverage varies from case to case, please contact us for additional information. In many instances we can secure coverage for our patients.
In addition, we accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept CareCredit®, the nation’s leading healthcare financing program. Please note that procedure fees not covered by insurance are payable in full a week prior to your procedure.
